Shipping  Information

Domestic Orders 
Your shipping charges are calculated at 10% of the subtotal on your order for contiguous U.S. addresses (20% for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) with a minimum charge of $10.00 per shipping address.

Time Required for Domestic Shipping  
We will ship your order within 2 business days of receipt of order. In the contiguous U.S. you can expect delivery within 10 business days from the date the order was placed. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, we normally ship via United States Parcel Post. You can expect delivery within 3 to 4 weeks.

International & Canadian Orders   
Orders shipped outside the United States will not have shipping costs calculated automatically. After receiving your order, we will contact you within one business day via email with the best shipping options and freight quotes. Upon your approval we will ship your order immediately.

Delivery
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen method of shipment. All deliveries to residential addresses require a signature on delivery and will incur a $2 surcharge that will automatically be added to your shipping amount. To avoid this surcharge, please consider having your delivery made to a business address.

For international orders, we ship using the US Postal Service or UPS. We require prepayment on all international orders via credit card or certified check. All transactions will be in U.S. funds. We will notify you if we are unable to complete your order due to service unavailability or export restrictions. You may call us with any questions at 888-252-5437, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, EST.

APO/FPO U.S. Military Addresses
For orders going to APO/FPO addresses, we will ship using United States Parcel Post. APO/FPO addressed orders should arrive within 3-4 weeks.

Carton Separation
Sometimes packages for the same order are separated by the shipper; therefore, you may not receive all of your packages in the same shipment. Some cartons may arrive a day or two later. Please refer to the shipping label for the exact number of cartons that are on the way. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, EST.

Need Your Order in a Hurry
We can ship your order via UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air Service. If you would like to use either of these shipping options, please phone in your order, 888-252-5437, Monday thru Friday, no later than 10:00 AM, EST.
